Adelaide is a high-end gated community that will be located in the Northern part of Viera (located across from Summer Lakes), and will consist of 143 home sites, all 200 ft. deep and 120 - 150 ft. wide. Adelaide will have a 24-hour 'manned' gated entrance. There will be three distinct sections to Adelaide.
The Reserve at Adelaide: There will be 18 lakefront home sites in the Reserve. The Reserve will also have it's own private gated entrance within Adelaide.
The Lakes at Adelaide: Features oversized home sites centered on or adjacent to the main lake.

It may not sound like your typical 'subdivision' name, and this community will not be your typical Viera neighborhood. Homes in Modern Duran will be designed by Phil Kean Design Group, an internationally recognized, award-winning, Architecture, Residential Construction, and Interior Design firm located in Winter Park, FL. They specialize in contemporary architecture and building modern house plans for luxury residences in Florida and throughout the world. All homes will be 2-story floorplans, with flat roof styles.
Situated along the third fairway of the Duran Golf Course, Modern Duran will consist of 19 lots, all 60 ft. wide and 140 ft. deep. Addison Village is the first of four planned villages to be developed as Viera continues its growth. The concept for the village design is to offer walkable, connected neighborhoods, that share a village center providing shops and other services, as well as convenient neighborhood parks. Addison Village's development, located just South of the Viera Hospital, is well underway! At completion, it is envisioned to ultimately include approximately 4,000 residential units in a series of neighborhoods offering diverse price points points and residential products. Some neighborhoods will be designed with a concept called called 'coving', which offers more green space created by curved roads and the placement of homes.
Addison Village neighborhoods will be connected through a network of streets and trails that encourage walking, biking and recreational activities. There will be an adult pool as well as a kiddie pool with a splash zone area. REELING PARK NORTH AND SOUTH:
